INTEGRAL REHABILITATION

The project addresses the rehabilitation of a nave in the natural environment on the island of Menorca, where the outer space is the protagonist invading part of the initial volume through exterior patios and large openings in the facade. The play with traditional pavements that extend from housing to the roads form a proposal where architecture and landscaping act together.

Wet areas form the backbone of the nave, tilting the program outwards forming a series of terraces that extend along the plot in a fractal way. Warm tones, simplicity and natural materials predominate in the interiors.
