EDM appreciates your interest in joining our team and, having given your consent, we will keep your CV during the period informed hereinafter, in order to contact you to offer you any position according to your professional profile, being the legal basis of this treatment the execution of the request for participation in a current or future selection process, the legitimate interest and your prior consent, which we inform you may be revoked at any time.
4. WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATE BASIS FOR YOUR DATA PROCESSING?

In the event that the purpose is to manage the personnel selection process, we will collect your identification data, photograph and ID card, as well as curricular data, which have to do with your academic training and professional experience, as well as those others that the candidate voluntarily includes in his/her CV.
6. CONSERVATION OF YOUR DATA
We will keep the data as long as there is a contractual relationship with the User or Client and/or for the time necessary to process any request for information regarding our services, or as long as you do not exercise your right of deletion, cancellation and/or limitation of data processing in the event that the purpose coincides with keeping the client informed through the sending of communications of an informative, promotional or marketing nature, on services and legislative developments of interest to the client, circulars of an informative nature, information on events organized by EDM.
EDM in any case for the management of your queries raised through our Web Page, will proceed to retain the data until the total resolution of your request for information. Once the applicable retention period has expired, we will securely destroy your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
