Located in Ciudadela de Menorca, Torre del Ram consists of several building complexes: military barracks before 1956, a defensive tower dated to unknown construction, the main house, of the seventeenth century, and several constructions of an agricultural nature.

The main house arises from a watchtower of the seventeenth century. On this building, made with limestone masonry wall, new naves grew, added and reinforced made with “marés” stone seating.

 The rehabilitation will be based on the exclusive use of original materials for restoration, the maintenance as far as possible of the arrangement and original uses of the rooms and the rigorous preservation of traditional local artistic styles. In addition, a set of renewable energy and resource utilization systems will allow to supply the activity of the farm.
