Located in the municipality of Ferreries, it comprises part "Serra Grosa" and "Ets Alocs". The farm consists of a main house and a peasant house, from where the farm is tended to, as well as a series of agricultural buildings.

The traditional complex adapts to the concurrent circumstances on the island: dominant north winds (tramontana), water scarcity and abundance of stone. The main house, is a growing construction, whose embryo, is “casat”, is a two-storey prismatic block with central patio, built at the highest point of the farm, with curved shingle gable roof, with easel perpendicular to the main facade, facing south to avoid the tramontana.
