This palace, included in the Artistic Historical Heritage Inventory of the Basque Government, is located on the east slope of Mount Igueldo. The site is made on a flat base sheltered from the winds from all its flanks, except for its east facade, where the orography falls and the palace turns its views to the Bay of La Concha and envelops the beach of Ondarreta.

It is one of the most unique buildings that peer out over the Bay. The building of undemonstrated authorship was completed in 1883-1884. The palace has a rectangular type of plan consisting of three parallel naves flanked by two naves that are topped on the main facade by two octagonal side towers and a two-storey “orangerie” on the north facade. The ensemble has an eclectic style marked by the historicist cut of the English Renaissance of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries.
