The building is inserted in an urban fabric of the city of Madrid, characterized by traditional upper-class residential use, office activities and shops, around an axis of great historical value. In addition to being part of the set of unitary traces corresponding to the expansion of Castro of the late nineteenth century.
This building has an exterior configuration in which you can read three bodies corresponding to three historical sections, separated by two fascia lines, which show the different phases of construction. Also, following the proper scheme of the time, granite stone plinth is projected, and horizontal grooves imitating padded masonry cover for the ground floor, which gives way to the dominant rustic brick factory, interrupted by fenced gaps with decorative and ornamental elements.
