Located in Ferreries, Binideufá is formed by a house of the peasants with a space for cheese-making, “boyeras”, stables, dairy and several warehouses. The main house is a vernacular construction of two heights located on a hillside that dominates the property.

The Binideufá estate will have an agricultural holding. It will have organic self-suffling orchards and a pork “piara” and group of goats for agrotourism, as well as possible horse breeding for excursions between the different farms and cattle used for the exploitation of pre-existing dairy. There will be an artisan cheese farm in the region.

As a technical support of the program, a set of renewable energy and resource-use systems will be implemented, combining this rural activity with an urbanization that allows to fulfill the needs of the whole in an ecological way, based on: photovoltaic panels, ecological orchards and phytodepuration.
